fodder for the aficionado of the "world's worst"

It's one of those opuses that makes you wonder, "Why did they DO it?" Surely they realized the extreme inferiority while they were attempting it. Surely this creates loss rather than gain for anyone connected with it. All aspects of this film typify how NOT to: act, write, etc., etc. I can rationalize this only by surmising that BAD experience is better than NO experience at all. That politely describes what this movie's audience is in for: a bad experience. From the beach, four good Samaritans take a zombiefied lady to a hospital, where the condition spreads. In an effort to avoid becoming possessed themselves, the group interrupts a family cook-out. But they're too late - the participants there have been victimized already. I know...next we'll flee to our favorite watering hole. Bad idea. Fortunately we're almost at the end. But the self-respecting viewer won't ever start this. Maybe that's it: it's a great tool for the sadist...the perfect example of cruel and unusual punishment.
