For many hundreds of years, the blue gnomes have lived according to the old laws and rules in Blåfjell. In Bygda, they get a new rule - about what to do with the rubbish.
Now things are boiling in both Bygda and Blåfjell. Bluemother and Bluefather put everything imaginable into the big pot, but it doesn't turn out the way they want.
Turte and the other blue gnomes wake up after their autumn sleep, and in Bygda, postman and choir director Kåre Eyolf Olsen jr and the others will light the Christmas tree.
