I've read the script by C. Lochlyn Carter and have seen bits of the movie. I must say that this movie (though filmed on DV) progresses first and foremost by the characters and storyline. The directorial team realizes that who they are and what mediums they use is far incidental and puts all their energy into expressing the story for what it is: tragic, dramatic and very powerful.

Kudos to Jack and Carter for a great story and to Carter for expressing it a surreal, expressionistic fashion.

Great first film

I saw this movie in a private screening with the directors and some close friends, and I cannot express how well it was done. The use of black and white was fantastic in the sense that it fits the story so well, and it takes guts nowadays to produce a movie in black and white.

The Directors definetly have a sense of how to use the camera to tell a story, a story that on the surface looks simple but when looked at, is exactly the opposite. It's dark, disturbing, and risky and deals with subjects and goes places where few ever think of going with a first film.

Adam Jack, Chris Carter, and Jason Lupish, definetly have what it takes to make something of themselves in the entertainment industry. I can't wait to see this movie in theatres around the world, and am eagerly anticipating their next project.

Adam Jack and Co. have ways to move you whether you like it or not. The film makers have a sense of themselves and concentrate on what they do best, tell the story. As in his recently completed 2003 film, Jack takes audiences to places they usually wouldn't go. One thing is for sure: You will not forget any movie that comes from this up and coming writer/director.
