Breezy, captivating fun. The images seem to literally pop off the screen. Fine amalgamation of art, craft, and showmanship. The film is as a funny as it is moving. I was thoroughly delighted throughout.

A heartwarming delight

This film was a poignant, delightful homage to silent films of the past that still works quite well as a piece on its own. The production design was very good, and the continued use of Volkswagon bugs if a bit anachronistic was a nice touch. It provided an enveloping environment for the cast, who made the difficulties of physical humour look easy. Obviously the director had a bit of a job, but it looks great.
I was thrilled with this movie! My accidental encounter with this short film on another site was a surge of luck. See it if you can...I promise you won't be disappointed.

Well-done student film

This is perhaps one of the best student films I have ever seen, or even worked on. Matt was able to achieve realism and authenticity through his sets, characters, and story to emulate films similar to those of Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin.
