This short film makes you in a good mood. Not easy to obtain but believe it can be purchased in the movie store to the Norwegian Film Institute (vhs). Not sure if it exists on DVD yet. Not easy to find information about this title. And since there are a number of years ago I saw this movie .....What I can remember of action is that it takes place a communication between a single elderly man who constantly call to a weather station in the city of Bergen and says that their measurements of precipitation is false/wrong. This strange dude is very concerned about the weather and very thorough in his own measurements. And this interest has been for many many years. In the course of action there will be a personal contact between the "dude" and those who work on the weather station. 9 delightful minutes.
