In this film, beautiful closeup scenes showing the Mayan ruins at Chichén Itzá, Yucatán, México can be seen as they looked in the 30's thirties when this movie was filmed. These include the Pirámide de Kukulcán, the sculpture of Chac Mool, the Templo de los Guerreros and the Grupo de las Mil Columnas. Great cinematography by Alex Phillips.
