All the footage could have been new (expressly shot for ANGIE), but it plays exactly like a loop carrier, with all the sex scenes (except for the 2 leads) shot MOS.
A nutty clergyman (with British accent) Rev. Noble (Zebedy Colt hamming it up in a non-sex role) phones Capt. Blojak reporting orgies outside his window. Caine (as Sgt. Kowalski) and Angie (O'Neal) are sent to bust the miscreants.
