Quite simply this movie is weird. It is on a smash-cuts film festival video somewhere in the world and it is not the reason to rent/buy the tape.
Still, in a world where Bubble packaging is salivated over, it may be worth a look.
The movie starts with a group of kids finding a dead man wrapped in bubble packaging. They pop some bubbles, then leave. Then some government agents (or just some really wierd guys) find the dead man (I mean the bubble packaging). The movie continues to follow the bubbles (not the dead man) in the same fashion that the plastic bag was followed in American Beauty.
The idea is kind of cool and interesting, but the bubbles wear thin, especially considering that many of the shorts on the video are better.
