Director Barry Rubinow has proven himself more than worthy of the title of "Auter" with this "tour de force" production. Any surfing aficionado will find this work both captivating and familiar. The dominatrix scene is worth the price of admission alone. Cheer as the "bitch in the car" is told to "hit the road". And haven't we all wanted to do that at one time or another? (Fess up, guys!) Wax up your boards and enjoy this film as soon as you can. See it with someone you love.
