Roquefort scares Percy in a playful fashion
ja_kitty_719 January 2017
Here is another Little Roquefort cartoon I like, with a plot similar to the one that was used in a Pixie, Dixie, and Mr. Jinks cartoon from Hanna-Barbera. Of course, in this cartoon, Roquefort was raiding the fridge and Percy the Cat chased him into a shoe.

Percy, with a rolling-pin, whacks the shoe with such fury. But Roquefort was hiding in the toe part of the shoe, crying out in pain in a playful fashion. Upon taking Roquefort out of the shoe, Percy notices that he is not moving! Percy is terrified that he has committed murder, so he hides the limp mouse in a flower pot outside on the porch and quickly slams the door. But Roquefort was really "playing possum," and he decides to frighten the guilt-ridden cat. So that's all I have to say; spoilers, you know.

I admit that the animation of Percy when he gets scared is funny. Like I said, I like this cartoon.
