A cat and a mouse are fishing in a truck until the driver gets rid of them. They next turn to fishing in a lake, using a pair of bellows. That accomplished and the fish being eaten, they turn their attentions to playing pranks.

The first half is focused on getting the fish, but once that is done, they run through random gags involving the bellows for the rest of the cartoon. It has the clear air of the staff running out of ideas and filling in the movie for its assigned length of a reel. That impression makes this one less than impressive.
