Mark Novick directed a classic fantasy film "Dreams of Natasha", and with a nearly identical cast followed up with this total loser, a dreary all-sex exercise.
Almost intentionally annoying, it disastrously employs a format seemingly inspired by tv's "Laugh-In" series: the sex vignettes are punctuated (and interrupted) by individual cast members (always wearing stylish shades) reciting to the camera idiotic catch-phrases, attributed to a cult guru -King Karl played by Jon Martin. Martin sits on the throne and gets to have sex in the final reel.
Examples of the fearless leader's wit: "The temple of doom is equal to the anus of life", or "Never p*ss in the fountain of youth". Yes, this is the kind of crap that has given porn movies their uneviable reputation as drek.
For no apparent reason, the movie was reissued six years later with a threesome scene starring Lili Marlene dropped, and a new vignette starring Taylor Wane with a gonzo actor named Ted Wilson replacing it. Go figure.
