A charming comedy.

This charming story describes the encounter between a young advertising executive (Sebastián Dahm) and a mysterious, and ghostly, blond woman (Carolina Fadic) on Avenida Kennedy in Santiago, Chile. She is the "rubia" (blond) of Kennedy. The film takes a Chilean urban legend from the 1970's as its starting point. In the legend, a beautiful woman in a white dress flags down drivers on Avenida Kennedy at night and asks for a ride. She gets in the back seat of the car, and when the driver begins to accelerate, the woman asks the driver to not drive so fast, then disappears from the back seat. The film adds a tale of early mythical figures in the forests of Chile as background, then describes the intersection of these mythical figures with modern times. The production values of the film are good but not excellent. Nevertheless, this is a wonderfully enjoyable film.
