A young girl is the only aid to the woman giving birth. A young girl who, it is implied, has been being flashed by a man, screams, and is later catatonic in the hospital. It is later revealed that the girl attempted to push past the man on a steep ledge and the man fell off the cliff to his death. A man is dredged from a lake with a rope and pulley but it is not graphic.
