Two apprentice scammers : Andrés Pajares , Fernando Esteso meet in a clinic on the Costa del Sol disguising as hospital workers . The Hospital ¨La Operadora¨ is on the verge of bankruptcy and totally discredited. To try to rehabilitate their medical image , those in charge of the clinic -Alfonso del Real, Adrián Ortega- decide to take advantage of the presence of a famous politician patient -Juanito Navarro- to advertise themselves , waiting for the arrival of television cameras. At the same time the couple of swindlers posing as a doctor and a nurse try to evade a lot of money taking advantage of the opportunity to hide it . So they take advantage of the arrival of an important authority , but things go wrong.
