- An older woman (presumably in her 40s) has a sexual relationship with a younger man (possibly in his late teens or early 20s). There are two bedroom scenes between them, one in a dimly light bedroom with a woman's bear breasts showing. Another in a bathtub with suds and bubbles barley covering the woman's breasts.
- A man and a woman engage in sexual contact in a dimly lit bedroom. Despite the dark tone, the woman's bear breasts are visible.
- A 16-year-old girl watches her mother engage in sexual contact with one of her older "rich lovers" through a balcony window. This sequence is mild compared to the other scenes in the film, with only skimpy lingerie seen.
- A woman strips off her dress while intoxicated at a formal dinner party. She is seen wearing only high heels and bottom panties with her breasts exposed.
- This probably doesn't really count; but a girl wears a bikini and a boy wears a speedo in a few scenes (pool and beach scenes).

- There are several occasions where a young man attempts to peruse a 16-year-old girl for sexual advances, against her will. Whenever this happens they are seen having a struggle with the girl pushing him away or begging him to stop. There is no graphic rape scene and these struggles often don't go beyond a push, shove, or a pull.

- A young man implies that a mature woman "tastes good up to her last bone".
- A mother unashamedly admits to her daughter that she is a "tramp", and if she was not they would have nothing, and her daughter would be reduced to marrying a "nobody" who would "fill her up with kids".

- Some people may feel uncomfortable at the prospect of a sixteen-year-old girl having sexual relations with a slightly older man. It should be noted that the actress who played this character (Lynne Frederick) was 20 when she made this film.
- The arguments, which contain raised voices and hurtful words, might be a tad bit suspenseful for some.

- A 16-year-old girl has a fear induced fantasy of a slightly older boy (possibly in his late teens or early 20s) forcibly perusing her for sex. He removes her dress and she is seen only wearing bottom panties and her breasts are exposed. There is another cut in the sequence where the boy is bare backed on top of her having sex while she is showing signs of pain. When the scenario happens for real, he pulls down her dress to passionately engage her. Once again, her breasts are shown but she stops him before he can completely undress her.

- A 16-year-old girl steals her mother's prescription barbiturates to attempt suicide. She is barely saved.
