The start of a fresh era for Tiswas, as Sally James is joined by new regulars Gordon Astley, Den Hegarty and Fogwell Flax. Making a special appearance from the old days is Sylvester McCoy, while guests include Aneka and ELO.

The kid-friendly nature of Tiswas sees some strain as the Phantom Flan Flinger performs a dance routine alongside Hot Gossip. Meanwhile, Gordon struggles with a sore throat, while Robert Plant helps provide some fun.
Guests include Annabella Lwin, though Annabella's insistence on talking about massage parlours and advising the child audience not to go to school is perhaps not the direction that Sally James wanted the interview to go in.

As Tiswas shifts from an ATV to a Central production, the gang celebrate the eighth anniversary of the show. Guests joining the celebrations include Metal Mickey, Chas and Dave, Dave Prowse and Clare Grogan.
