Sex & Nudity

  • A small picture of a topless woman falls to the sand and the camera lingers briefly. The camera does not zoom in however, so depending on the size of the screen it is viewed on, it may not be as graphic.
  • Otherwise, no sex or further nudity.
  • Some viewers may perceive homosexual innuendo in two scenes: in comments made by the character Staff Sergeant Williams (actor Ian Hendry), and in the way the Medical Officer (actor Michael Redgrave) looks a man up and down in an early scene. Pretty mild, if so.

Violence & Gore

  • Nothing graphic. No gore. Mild beating, mostly implied and off-camera.

Profanity

  • Some very strong racist language.
  • 20 uses of 'Bloody' 5 uses of 'Bastard' 2 uses of 'God' and 1 use of 'Christ'

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Smoking: Occasional cigarette
  • No drugs. One scene where two off-duty officers get falling down drunk.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Most violence is just off camera, but the story itself involves enormous brutality that some viewers may find disturbing.
