Will long remain in the memory

Warning: Spoilers
Yes, even outlaws will sometimes make sacrifices. Perhaps, indeed, they make quite as many as anyone; only their so-called or supposed bad qualities so far overshadow whatever good ones they may possess, the good is nearly always almost entirely hidden. In this instance, however, the outlaw dramatically makes a heroic sacrifice which saves the young woman he loves and her parents from ruin, but places him in the sheriff's charge. The pathetic figure of the weeping girl as she sinks on the sheriff's steps after turning over her sweetheart will long remain in the memory. The picture is intensely dramatic and will appeal to a large number of people. - The Moving Picture World, February 12, 1910
