Roarsch is an IFOR soldier looking for love, in his own messed-up way. He finds it in the person of Csiga, whom he plans to take back to America. Or give to the mafia in return for his stolen papers, whichever. A thing like that can't go unpunished - or so Captain Weaver thinks.
