Some films are "so bad they're good", either classic B-movies or spectacular failures (such as The Room)
This is a big pile of nothing, not even worth watching in an "ironic" way.
I would imagine that fans of "women behind bars" films would find this dissapointing, it being not as exploitative, sleezey, violent and sexy as other forms of that genre. For example, there is a scene in which two of the prisoners are put in stocks to recieve punishment (the stocks are as big as a wall so only the heads and hands are visible) we then hear a few seconds of slapping noises as the two women flinch, the implication they are being spanked, but we don't see anything. Fans of sm would get more out of Jesus Christ Superstar.
I know we don't go into these kinds of films expecting Shakespearean dialogue, award-winning acting or Hitchcockian drama, but this is such a big pile of nothing!
