Relish is one of the most important films made. This movie delivers a gut-punching reality showing trans phobia by adults, exclusion by peers, the old fashion views of mental health institutions, the brutality of everyday living for transgender people, violence in bathrooms by bigots and sexually frustrated white men, to being rejected physically, to the challenge of finding love, and just the simple taken for grated by most people in society: making friend. It is a road trip inside of each of us to a world of kindness and accepting for people and who they truly are right now. It is also just a plain fun road trip movie with teenagers from diverse backgrounds coming together and connecting. This movie was an emotional roller coaster ride, providing comedy, laughs, drama, excitement, tension and life lessons. Highly recommend it!!!
