I remember watching Moesha when it debuted back in the 1990s, and being a fan of Good Times from the 1970s, I wondered what to expect of Moesha. I was not in any way disappointed, as it dealt with issues (some with some humor, some quite seriously) that were relatable to folk in the 1990s. The writing wasn't condescending, and you would look forward to Moesha episodes. It's a shame the series got axed after six seasons (imagine if Friends was axed after six seasons, there would be a riot that would bring the network to its knees) but I've read there could be a reboot of sorts to resolve the cliffhanger series finale.
