I knew nothing about Stripperella. I discovered it via a YouTube video. It was something like the greatest animated superhero movies of all time or something. Given the year it ran (2003-2004) I was in my junior year of high school which is probably why I knew nothing about it until a few weeks ago. At that time I was still living at home and I doubt if my parents would have allowed me to watch it. It was somewhat entertaining and a lot of weird. I preferred the first few episodes when it was animated and Stripperella had the mask that gave her blank eyes. She looked more like a superhero. Why did they change to a more cartoon look after a few episodes? Why during the series do you get to see some of the other girls topless while you never get to see Stripperella topless? Yes she wears a tight and revealing outfit but you never see her topless while some of the others girls in the strip club walk around with no top on? I probably would have liked this show better when I was a teenager in high school, but like I said it was ok and entertaining.
