I'd say this is not a horror movie, but a psychological thriller if anything.
As a horror it falls short. Not scary, no scare jumps, lots of disgusting scenes. No mounting tension or thick atmosphere. Oh, it was definitely creepy, but not scary at all. It's also painfully predictable with all it's twists: spoilers!!!
The first time we see the main character eating the watermelon over the swimming pool, I already knew she had bodies in there. Her killing others was also predictable. The boy killing nannies was spoiled at the very beginning when they mention the previous girl Samantha.
Oh well, just not my type of movie I suppose. I think it's like Midsommar or Hereditary. I don't find either of the movies scary. Nor do I like them. Just creepy and weird, and not worth a rewatch at all.
But! The acting was *very very* good here. All of the main actors did a fab job in the creepiness. But as a horror it's meh for me.
