Working with his partner Charlton (Klaus Kinski), Fletcher hires Robin Wesley (Lewis Collins, who is also in Margheriti's Commando Leopard), a man who has just lost his son to heroin. He's all for this mission: to burn down heroin operations throughout the Golden Triangle alongside an army of mercenaries like Klein (Manfred Lehmann) and helicopter pilot China (Lee Van Cleef).
