Adapted from the book "Evil Minds: City Light" by Lei Mi co-written and directed by Xu Jizhou that has Fang Mu (Chao Deng) a criminal psychologist, and a forensic fingerprint expert, Mi Nan (Shi Shi Liu) working together to track and prevent a psychopath and serial bomber (Ethan Juan) from committing his next attack.
The movie is annoying, excruciating, and very painful to watch in which this is another one of those movies law enforcement has been dumbed down to allow the serial bomber to get away as long as he did. Using the fast forward button helped past the wasted time.
