I have been a fan of Star Trek since watching the original series when it first aired in the 60's.
Got through the first seasons of TNG to when the show finally took off.
Enjoyed DS9 and Voyager. Enterprise. I can stomach Discovery and the very annoying Picard. Sorta liked some of Prodigy.
But I hate "Lower Decks". I don't like the dialog, the actors, the forced humor, the animation... the SOUND of Lower Decks. I hate "Lower Decks". I had hoped that this episode would have improved my perception, but, alas, it did not. It was insulting and very much unfunny. Much like the forced humor or shows like "Big Bang Theory", I found myself mumbling "I hate this." "I hate this." "I hate this." throughout the episode. I thought I "Elysian Kingdom" was a low point; this blew past it in the first 2 minutes. I was very grateful when this mess ended.
