Decent straight to rental flick starring Jean-Claude Van Damme as hired assassin, Vincent Brazil hired to take out a particular person only for it to be botched, because of coincidentally colliding with another hired assassin, Roland Flint (Scott Adkins) instructing to do the same thing. Of course, they eventually work out their differences and work together. It's obviously a low budget different version of the Jason Bourne movies, but is fun enough and has enough action sequences to satisfy action enthusiasts. Jean- Claude Van Damme is also credited as executive producer.
