The Rounders (1965)
4/10
Comedy is kind of flat

1965) The Rounders WESTERN COMEDY

Staring two acting movie veterans of Henry Fonda and Glenn Ford, co-written and directed by Burt Kennedy adapting the Max Evans novel of the same name, centering on two aging horse rustlers of Ben (Glenn Ford) and Howdy (Peter Fonda) employed to tame a difficult horse, as it is what they do for a living except that it is a dying profession.

Although, it is nice to see veterans of Ford and Fonda in a movie together, but because the film is supposed to be a comedy, all the comedy routines fall flat. The whole experience is like something coming out of a Disney picture.
