Co-written and directed by Sang-yong Lee that has Detective Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-seok) along with his captain, Jeon Il-mon (Gwi-hwa Choi) sent to Vietnam to escort another Korean back to Korea to be tried. Detective Ma then beats a confession out of him revealing about a ruthless killer, Kang Hae-sang (Sukku Son) who kidnapped someone important who happens to be the son Choi Yong-gi of a wealthy loan shark,Choi Choon-baek to wealthy companies.
In Korea maybe police officers do not use guns which is why they use batons. Which is why the main star beats criminals. Maybe when mercs are hired to execue someone, they use machetes and do not use guns at all, even if they are staying i n a foreign country such as Vietnam. Some of few questions I had while I was watching this. I also do not care about the gory scenes of machetes/knives Korean movies are accustomed to.
