While not horrible, it is not above average either. It is not a laugh out loud comedy, although it has its humourous moments. There is a lot of slapstick, which is not done very well, and is mostly annoying. (Are Chinese audiences still into slapstick?) There is one very annoying character, Brad, he is below average in looks but thinks he's handsome, plus he's mostly a coward and doesn't fight well. The best character is the female innkeeper, who doesn't get enough screen time. And then there is Charlene Choi, who does the same things she does in every movie I have seen her in, it was cute the first 2 times Miss Choi, it's lame now. (why is she considered an actor?) This movie serves more as a time waster than anything else.
