All the Queen's Men (2021– )

There must be a change in the writing

Warning: Spoilers
All the Queen's Men chronicles the day to day or shall i say night to night goings on at Club Eden, its talented and flexible male exotic performers, the staff and most of all, Madam, the Queen in charge. Now I enjoyed Season One very much but it appears that the writers have taken a different direction and I'm not enjoying it as much.

Madam seemed more relatable and humane. She was hard with a heart. Even though she played no games and was clearly a boss, she wasn't as reckless with delusions of grandeur. She also wasn't nearly as disrespectful. And to say she's the head of a street gang, there's hardly any evidence of it. Madam's hands stay dirty and she rolls very light to be so "important" and dangerous. Some of the scenes are predictable. Some are just nauseatingly unrealistic.

I like the Concierge for now as long as they don't do an unrealistic overhaul of his character. I won't go down the line and pinpoint what I like or dislike about each character. That would take too long but it would be nice if they spent a little more time with these storylines and ask themselves "Does this make ANY sense?", before they release it.

I've been invested in the show which is why I've continued to watch. It was enough to pique my interest but it's beginning to lose its ability to keep it.
