Warning: Spoilers
In the regular PM Entertainment style there are fine car chases and crashes, particularly the sequence with the yellow school bus. That was exciting. Apart from the motor mayhem the rest of the film is routine. Jeff Speakman as our hero Frank Jennings is an implausible political campaign manager but he is convincing as a martial artist, although the fighting is unwisely edited in a rapid, quick cut manner that usually covers actors who can't do combat. Mr. Speakman can so his action scenes are wasted here. What lifts the film is the great William Shatner as the duplicitous politician Aidan Carvell, the main villain. One wanted to see more of him and less of the familiar family drama. Apart from the car carnage and Mr. Shatner it is a bland movie.

Apparently Don Stroud was in it as a repairman. Sorry I didn't notice him.
