I learned so much from this series in how to be more mentally and physically healthier. This series also makes you think deep about our mortality. Each episode had it's own knowledge, and Chris was the perfect person for this challenge. There's certain things in here that rarely anyone teaches. From what heat and cold does to us. To what our thoughts do to us. This series is a wake up call and gets you grounded in facing reality. To focus on what really matters. Most of the time we tend to think that mortality is far away but in reality it will always be in the NOW. The "NOW" will forever be. Thank you!!!!
