A cute little movie, full of beautiful shots of the French countryside and full of lighthearted jokes about city life versus the countryside and the typical french macho hunt for gorgeous women.
There's really not anything bad to be said about the direction and cinematography of this film. It sure keeps the movie engaging and interesting throughout.
That's even without decent dialogue or storyline, because, even for a short (40 minute) movie, the story is razor thin.
At the start the two boys joking about which of the women they would want to go for is all in good fun and seemingly harmless. Sadly, further on the jokes go to far and, without wanting to give away too much of the plot, leave you with a bit of a bad taste in your mouth...
