I felt that Ramy is a slimeball, Farouk is the actor I enjoyed in this show.
Ramy complains a lot, his role does not feel genuine, this show feels like it panders to muslims for more views/money, but does not carry the heart and soul anymore; it treats Islam as a novelty.
The most recent season feels disjointed. Season 3 disconnects from the audience, is rushed, there is not a solid connection between the plot and the actors. Everything that happens in Season 3 is glossed over, there is no heart.
I think if the actor who plays Farouk started his own show, I would watch it. As long as the cheesiness was not full force and it was more balanced than Ramy.
