I must clarify that I am a fan of this series, I started with power rangers and I have seen all the series of that franchise, but Kamen Rider the dragon knight was one of the few action series with real actors that I fell in love with besides the power rangers, and here I have some reasons
1) History: The story was what was most charming, it was one of the key parts, normally in the power rangers they were boys who had normal lives, but here we focus on a boy who lives this adventure to discover what happened to his father, simply cool.
2) Mentor and friend: in this series we are shown Len who initially wants to keep Kit away from danger, but after Kit obtained dragreder he set out to teach. His relationship is what brings me nostalgia is like Star wars, but with a different touch.
3) Great Beasts: I loved the Advent beasts, they are just great, and I like how they fight that unlike the rangers they are not machines.
4) Unique fighting style: Unlike the rangers kamen rider has a unique style, which consists of summoning weapons and advent beasts, and although there is no fight with a giant monster that does not take away from the excitement 5) It was one of the few series to deal with parallel worlds: This series is one of the few that deal with this science fiction theme that back then was not worn out like it is now, I liked that a lot since I am also a fan of fiction stories with that theme.
6) Unique characters: In Kamen rider there are unique characters that although Xaviax was the engine for many, they have unique personalities and many could be heroes, and they also have a background story.
Those are one of the many reasons why I like the series and that I recommend watching it, because it deserves an opportunity, so that the new generations of children see what the true entertainment on television was like.
