Homer tells the story of when he married Marge and their pregnancy.
This is another excellent nostalgic backstory episode with great comedy and character moments.
It has quite a sweet and heartfelt love story (marginally too sweet at times), but is littered with great humour. Patty and Selma have some epically timed one-liners and Homer is outstanding throughout. I never tire of watching the 'Empire Strikes Back' gag and the sequence when Marge is in labour.
The context in which Homer tells the story is also very funny, particularly the reactions of Bart and Lisa, plus the brilliant final high-five with Marge.
It's a 9.5/10 for me but I round upwards.
