El Pinguino opens his own restaurant, most of his clients are millionaires and the place has an original way of ordering, it is not because of the menu but that clients must write and sign the dish they want to taste. The villain is arrested at the precise moment that he steals a diamond bracelet from Aunt Harriet and when he is about to be arrested, Batman prevents him. The paladin suspects something shady is behind this foolish robbery, soon discovering that Penguin wants to go to jail to hook up with a convicted forgery specialist and use order notes from his restaurant to issue fake documents. A crazy and extremely funny story, with an excellent cast and one of the most crazy and bizarre plots.
