We Broke Up (2021)

It's fine but the message to take from it is important
22 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The movie is fine, nothing good nothing bad. Wasn't particularly funny but it was something I wouldn't hate watching again. The pacing was good as it told a fine story in less than an hour and a half. The moral of the movie is what's really important. If you find yourself in a relationship with someone that is like the sisters or is like the mother, RUNNNN!!!! If you end up marrying someone like one of them, you deserve the inevitable divorce that'll be dropped on your head. These 3 women and the 3 idiots that are/will be/were in relationships with them are a snapshot of why divorce rates in this country are so high. Now some people might hate me for saying that but hear out my reasons. 1. Bea is messed up I mean the stories about her in middle school and the horse riding story shows how crazy she is and how you can't trust her, if those weren't enough then just look to the fact that she ran out of the wedding with 3 hours left yet the guy still got married to her, what is wrong with my man. 2. Lori is a woman that doesn't want to be in a committed long term relationship even though she already in a relationship with Doug for 10 YEARS. Moral of the story: talk to your woman before letting them waste 10 YEARS of your life. Yes this is Doug's fault but man Lori is leading him on and giving him mixed answers that lead him to believe the relationship might go somewhere long long term. Also, after being in a relationship for 10 years, you would think that person would be willing to commit to you. 3. The mom is a hater and seems irresponsible. I mean all the stories make her seem irresponsible and she basically hates on Bea and her mans in such an obvious way.
