Egghead is a super-intelligent villain who seizes the Gotham City Charter and finds a clause with which he devises a plan to seize it. In the document there is evidence of the annual commitment to deliver ten raccoon skins to an Indian Chief as a lease figure for the city. The villain kidnaps Bruce and two other millionaires in charge of the process and prevents the pact from being fulfilled, in turn influencing the Redskin's will to give him the rights over the metropolis and now he is the new mayor, freeing the city to become a nest of thieves. An outstanding plot and development and a Vincent Price that makes Egghead a colorful and fun villain.
