Unlike the first seasons here the action is directed more towards the children of the Flintstones and their group of friends, another difference is that the chapters consist of 2 independent episodes one from the other and each program has a musical, since the boys have formed a group The Bedrock Rockers. We are in the early 70's and these psychedelic musicals seem to be a preview of what the video clips were a decade later. The stories are sitcoms, the new characters are very funny and original. A refreshed, casual and youthful version of the original. For my taste it is the best, it is a pity that it has not had more repetitions, I think it had some problem with the copyright of the musicals.
