Lon Chaney Jr who was in hundreds of films although probably famous for his Universal monsters. But also did various others and with the rather famous 'B' films in the Inner Sanctum Mysteries the middle forties. Calling Dr. Death in 1943 is the first and they all about one hour each and six of the series. This one is pretty good and set around hypnosis and murder. The girls are very attractive and Chaney is very looking different as usual seen rather as a dapper doctor with a moustache.
