I really like this movie and think it's one of his underrated roles. I can see why people say it's a bland & safe role for him but you can tell he's trying his best even if it's not as wacky and zany like Ace Ventura or Robotnik. This is the first ever Jim Carrey movie I ever saw and I think this should be a kids first introduction to Jim along with other movies like Horton Hears a Who or Sonic the Hedgehog 1&2. While not as good as those, it is a good kids movie, a good Jim Carry movie, and a good movie in general.
