There are way too many questions that remain unanswered in season one and
I might not be intrigued enough to watch a second season if there will ever be one.
The ending doesn't suggest a new season though.
Overall, it was cute with a lot similarities with Dark and Stranger Things - PARALLELS is like their little baby brother.
I'd suggest watching in French with subtitles. The German dub was fine but I wouldn't recommend the English one.
