While the technical aspects of Transatlantic Tunnel are impressive, the emotional and storyline parts of the story are a bit muddled. There is no structure in the world worth the price of a son under any circumstances as far as I am concerned. But the film tries to gloss over this issue as a high price to pay for a noble cause. I don't think so. I would have exhausted every effort to save my son, and damn the entire tunnel. Other than that, the film is watchable and relatively interesting.
