So the writers obviously knew that if you mixed Bleach and Amonia you produce chloramine gas which is VERY lethal. What they didn't bother to find out is how it Works. If there was chloramine gas in that room Monk and Nat wouldn't have made it inside, they would immediately start choaking and if they stayed exposed to it for a few minutes, violent vomiting as the gas began disolving their insides! The Victim would be laying in a pool of vomit and it would have been a mess. I know that is way too graphic for TV but the whole thing about Natalie FAINTING is just NOT going to happen.
