1st off I read some COMPLETE moron say the Hitchcock jokes didnt work especially the Birds and Vertigo jokes OMG those were some of our favorites!! You of course have to have a SENSE OF HUMOR to get them so I apologize he probably isnt a moron he is an uptight prick. Anyway here we are DECADES later and it's still hilarious my wife and I both laughed till our sides hurt. This and young Frankenstein are our favorites. We ADORE the Genius of the Late Mr Wilder but we also love the Genius of the EXTREMELY UNDERRATED Cloris leachman she again creates an unforgettable HILARIOUS character here. Every scene she is in she steals and I cant think of any actress that created more memorable characters than her yet rarely is brought up amongst the greats. THIS IS A CLASSIC!! BRAVO to Mr Brooks and the WHOLE CAST AND crew even though this is so much later but remember that it will be appreciated for decades more to come!
