In my opinion law and order ended at Season 16. Season 17 and beyond is terrible. The only bright spot in season 17 was Milena Govich, besides that, meh. But nothing will ever be better than the early years of Law and order.
Anyways, as for Law and order Season 21.
The Good:--> Sam Waterston, Lisa Arrindell. Now, Jeffrey Donovan is ok, but seems like he's trying to be Lenny and he needs to stop. But the good thing about him, he's the only detective on the show who seems to have common sense.

The Bad: -> The Theme Music was changed, why did they changed the theme music?
Hugh Dancy, just awful and his character is awful. The suspect raped over 40 women and he's fine with sending the woman who killed him to jail. Sigh Jeffrey Donovan Doesn't quite fit in, he needs his own TV show.
Anthony Anderson, the whole "race" card nonsense needs to stop. I was about turn off the show when he kept going on about it.
Just awful, the storyline is bringing up that tiresome race card nonsense , the acting was terrible, the DA Hugh is just terrible, the music sucks, the camera work sucks, the editing sucks, the storyline right off the bat is just terrible. Someone rapes 40 different women and the DA;s are ok with sending the woman who killed him to jail lol.
My advice, just stop watching Law and order at the end of season 16.
